We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days of delivery date with no restocking fee and free return shipping.

Returns must be undamaged in original condition and in the original packaging.
Once the return is received a full refund is issued within 1-3 business days via the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days to show up in your account depending on your original form of payment.
All purchases come with some level of insurance. Miel Jewelry will work with the shipping carrier to obtain compensation for lost items up to and not exceeding the insured amount at the time of purchase.
