WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, GooglePay, ShopifyPay, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to cancel your order and create a new order with the correct information. Email us if you need to change your order.

If you wish to cancel your oder before it has shipped we can easily cancel your order. Email us if you need to cancel your order. Email us as quickly as possible we fulfill and ship orders very quickly.

If you wish to cancel your order after the order has shipped you can return your order for free within 30 days of purchase. Just email us and we will issue a free return shipment label to you. Once receive the items back we will issue you a full refund.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days of delivery date with no restocking fee.

We offer free returns to U.S.A and Canada.

International return shipping labels are buyers responsibility.

Returns must be undamaged in original condition and in the original packaging. Once the return is received a full refund is issued within 1-3 business days via the original payment method.

It may take up to 14 days to show up in your account depending on your original form of payment. All purchases come with some level of insurance.

Miel Jewelry will work with the shipping carrier to obtain compensation for lost items up to and not exceeding the insured amount at the time of purchase.

Miel Jewelry ships merchandise worldwide with Shopify Markets Pro.

International shipping & return rates apply. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by the customer's home country (or country where purchasing from). Miel Jewelry, LLC is not associated with or responsible for these fees. All additional fees for international orders are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Shopify Markets Pro conveniently pre-calculates these common fees at checkout for the customer so additional fees are unlikely but not impossible to occur.

International return shipping labels are not free, they are the buyers responsibility. 

Local payment methods are added to your checkout.
Duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
DHL shipping with prepaid duties is used at checkout for international orders.

Handling time from purchase to shipment for all orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping time is 3-8 business days for North America and 3-21 days for international shipping. 

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an e-mail with the expected shipping date. Once your item is shipped you will receive tracking information.
